President Standard is much more understanding than Xavier thinks. He knows how young elders are tempted by lust, and that they need some kind of outlet so these thoughts and actions don’t interfere with their sacred mission. Instead of prohibition, President Standard shows Elder Oceane a much more powerful way of self-control before departing to his next mission.
