Maxim was told by another boy that we offer jobs. He only needs to ask. Unfortunately he was not aware what kind of job that was. He was skeptical at first, but we talked him in and money was the argument that finally got him. He tried to get it done as quickly as possible, while he did meet all the important aspects. "Good Job" - so to say :-)
