When I was a youth back in the 70’s, there used to be a commercial that ran on TV that boldly declared "You're not getting older, you're getting better." Everyone loved the sentiment but no one believed in it. But if that phrase can apply to anyone, it certainly applies to Simon. When Simon first appeared on Squirtz back in 2009 he was definitely cute, but we could tell that he could easily improve on what he already had. He had braces on and he had a little layer of baby fat. Flash forward to 2015. Simon's braces are gone and his smile was well worth the investment. And 6 years of playing hockey 4 times a week (even in the summer) and his job as a welder has Simon's body hard and lean. The only regret we have is that he's still straight.
