Florian and Harry are best friends. Gary overheard the two planning a little romance at Harry's place. So Gary said he will be out that evening, while in fact he was hiding at home when Florian came along. He thought about being a keyhole spy to see how Harry and Florian do it. It didn't take long until the others noticed him and invited him to join.
