So far, all (14, including mine) ratings of this photo are of 10.00, which means that (as far as when I'm writing this) it has a flawless/perfect rating; so I don't understand why it doesn't reflect on the status-bar comprised of stars above (below Additional Info), presently showing an average of only 8/10 stars. Is it because any photo requires a certain amount of ratings to make the average of 10 official?? I don't know what's the policy for that sort of thing on this website, but either way it seems kind of strange/fishy.
